This place is way over priced and disgusting! The bathroom shower was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The peep hole on the door had a maxi pad stuck to it. There was open shampoo and hair conditioner bottles I. The shower obviously from whoever stayed before us. The bathroom is tiny! The only plus side is the bed is comfortable.

Overpriced. Disgusting rooms. I don't feel like explaining this one. But I will. Don't stay here. The front desk guy had his shoes off and feet up. One time walked out of the back room with his shirt completely unbuttoned like he lived there. The ice bucket in the room was dirty. Dusty. And the bag had mold on it. Had to hand wash it and get a clean bag. Half a bottle of shampoo was left on the counter in the bathroom from previous tenants. Dirt dust and nasty things in all corners of all rooms. Wrapper found on the floor. The fridge and AC took over 24 hours to cool anything. We were here for two nights so I got a cooled room and cold drink the last night of my stay. Stains on curtains, lamps, walls, and on towels. Yes they were clean towels just didn't look that way. Loud music can be heard from the bar in the hotel late at night from most locations.

The room was fine and clean. 2nd day room was not cleaned no towels. It was ok for the price and allowed small dog.

Very nice location. Rooms at a very expensive rate due to a concert in the area. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par with a $260 room. Staff was very friendly though and had a good time at the attached arcadia bar& grill.
