I was worried about going with all the reviews about this location but I had a wonderful experience with it being my first time at PP. The front desk lady who also helped me throughout my appointment was really friendly and helpful :)

Had an appointment scheduled just to get there and it's closed due to plumbing issues! Which would have not been a big deal had someone called to let me know before I drove 45 minutes to turn around and drive back. Now I'll be late for my birth control! Thanks so much for your horrible customer service!! If I could give a zero star review I would!
