Honestly this is one of my favorite places to eat and usually the staff is kind. But on Tuesday 2/8/2022 at 4pm, whoever was working cashier and grill were the RUDEST people. The cashier seemed to be annoyed that me and my family were ordering, and then didn’t even put down what we wanted, so we just let it go because they were busy and then they call our orders, (which were three separate) and I picked up the first two, and then when they called my order they questioned me saying I already got food and I showed them my receipt with number and the remark the grill gave me was “it’s fine I guess”. Excuse me ? You called my number and it’s the food I ordered. And then the cashier didn’t hand me my drink and I waited and I asked if it was my drink she put and on the side and she didn’t say a word to me and then annoyingly nodded her head. I honestly don’t ever want to eat here again.

Waited in line 20 minutes to order just to find out they weren't making sushi and had no ice for drinks. The person taking our order had absolutely filthy hands. Waited over 30 minutes for out completely underwhelming meal 0 stars, would not recommend.

Was going to eat at this Sarku Japan but glad I didn't. Watched the bright red headed boy with glasses that works there kicking these metal grate/shelf along the floor, then placed over them food. Disgusting.

It looks better than it is. Ok, so it’s a Mall Food Court fast food experience but it was really basic. I had the Shrimp Teriyaki combo (meaning a very generous portion of rice). It was actually a pretty big meal but the shrimp were fairly small. Flavors were just ok. Beg hey, it was only $8 and you get to sit and eat and people watch! VictorB
