We stuck to conventional selections on our first visit. Cheeseburger and grilled cheese with tomato soup. It was amazing how they could elevate those dishes to fine dining. I had the honey old-fashioned and my wife had the pear gimlet. Both were great. The highlight came when our wonderful server David recommended the goat cheese tart for dessert. It was so good we went back the next night to have another. I tried to take a picture but got distracted when they brought it out and didn't remember until we had finished it all!

Service and atmosphere were great. Loved my drink and muscle appetizer. The main course was just okay. The meatloaf tasted like a baked chili. The pasta had a heavy acidic flavor (wine/lemon).

I’m convinced this restaurant is incapable of serving unexciting food. They even make carrots (honey glazed with candied walnuts and bleu cheese) taste like the best Thanksgiving side dish you’ve ever had. If you love great food without the smoke and mirrors and indulgence of other restaurants, you will love Commoner & Co.

I really enjoyed brunch here. The mimosas were creative and very tasty. The breakfast BLT had wonderful tomato and bacon and sourdough. A good BLT is a really special thing and showcases great ingredients. Commoner and co really pulled it off.

I am pretty sure they will be open in the next week or so. They had problems with the remodel that were caused by the original prep of the space that they were not responsible for.
Their Covid practices are great! Very open, more than 6 feet, and a new outdoor patio in addition to the outdoor dining already available. Love this place. Great staff and wonderful food.
No listing for happy hour time in obvious spot on their website. It could be there but does it hurt to ask the public?
No written dessert menu. Offered chocolate cake, smores cheesecake, and a sorbet when we visited. Had the cheesecake. It was average. As for regular menu, I posted a pic of it in review.
Pay no attention to Craig. Commoner has a great happy hour and an outstanding cocktail menu. Try the woodoo Hide for a kick. Awesome sliders too.
