First time here, had always heard great things, so finally checked it out. The wait was 30 min, but no wait sitting at the bar. Got a great view of the kitchen. Pretty awesome how smoothly it was run, they were all in sync and communication was spot on. The portions were ginormous and so delicious. Definitely will return.

You can tell this place is popular when there's a 30+ minute wait and a crowd! But the wait was worth while for the delicious food you get. The pancakes are soft, the Frenchtoast has the slightest crunch, couldn't ask for more. The second time I went was just as good and was able to try a bite of the oreo pancakes and was pleasantly surprised at how light the flavor was. None of the sweet breakfast foods I've tried so far have been heavy at all. Definitely a 5/5 for me! My only qualm is the size of the space for the amount of people they serve; it can get loud and feel crowded so if you have sensory needs that are easily exacerbated by this Maybe call ahead and see how busy it is.

Went for brunch, they have a lot on the menu. The wait was about 45 minutes I ordered breakfast nachos with poached eggs, My eggs were overcooked, so I did not have a runny yolk like I expected. The pancakes were burnt. The drinks were pretty good. And our server was fantastic.

We ordered the Monsoon egg’s Benedict, Coyote Benedict, and Snickerdoodle pancake. The best pancake I’ve ever had. The best. We don’t like the typical soggy and too sweet pancake, but they surprised us. Crispy outside and super fluffy. Made us wonder if the pancake was baked afterwards like the snickerdoodle cookie. Texture was almost like a mix of pancake and biscuit. Anyway the icing was on point and we just couldn’t stop taking bites one after another. It looks a bit heavy and super sweet, but no. I easily finished the entire pancake after having a whole plate of the egg’s benedict. If you can’t decide which to choose between snickerdoodle and cinnamon roll, I’d say go for snickerdoodle. If you like the combination of basil and balsamic, definitely try the Monsoon benedict. They came with a stack of thick bacon, tomato, avocados, etc. I mean it’s hard to beat! Staff was super nice and friendly and the entire experience was just great. I also love how they have a variety of creative menu. We’ll definitely be back!!:)
