If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The office ladies were always in a bad mood, terrible service and HORRIBLE attitude. They shut off the water for hours, we went without gas for an entire week in the winter with no updates.

I really liked this manufactured home park, the amenities they had were great, the children's park can definitely use some TLC but they did make me aware that they are currently working on that, every home on this lot is very well kept as if they were to have an HOA even though that is not the case one thing that I believe to was very inconvenient was that they only allow 2 vehicles per manufactured home which seems a little tough. Although when pro is that every manufactured home includes a personal storage unit. So if you're considering on purchasing or renting I would definitely recommend to go in person to get some additional information. Viridiana was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the manufactured home park. And made the experience a much better one
