I will no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was my favorite restaurant from the time I worked across the street in 1992. We had years of wonderful memories including birthdays, graduations, reunions, date nights, and more. Unfortunately, Melissa has treated me and my family poorly each time we have come in over the past year. We have observed her treating most other customers the same way. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of customer service. None. Period. We are very disappointed and will not be back.

We enjoyed dinner last night tremendously. I have seen other reviews mention needing to have a reservation but came in without one and it wasn't a problem. The food was over the top delicious. If you are a fan of calamari then, try it here. Fresh, soft and full of flavor. Also, the smoked salmon dip. I tried the gnocchi with brown butter sauce. I was very impressed with all the flavors. We took home two cheesecakes and they were to die for. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. Two things to note- * The decor is a little dated. The chairs are a bit broken down. * The food comes out slowly. Especially when they get busy. So, come in ready to visit and relax.

I wanted to give them a 5 star review, it was mine and my boyfriends anniversary we decided to try here for the first time. We made reservations for 6 our waitress was nice and got our drinks served up. We ordered an appetizer along with soup and salad. We waited an hour and 30 mins to get our food.The food was really good the wait was just frustrating.

Quintessential Spokane anchor restaurant that transcends time with its cozy European pastas, pizzas, salads, and vast desserts. Seating in the bar is cozy with plenty of table room for eating. No outdoor seating, and not needed in this spacious food oasis. Service is consistently good, and you’ll leave with a full tummy and warm glow.
