I’ve been going here for years, and they are always excellent. This is an expensive city, so the service that this clinic provides cannot be understated. Wonderful place to receive care.

Nice facility for getting a COVID booster. Run off of private donations.

DO NOT go there. It’s not a clinic. It is a training center and connects to ucsf. The doctors don’t have a certificate. All they need to collect your medical information. It is completely scam. I already reported this place to health department.

The staff was all very friendly and made me feel super comfortable! I was in and out in 45 minutes, and felt like they had taken the time to answer all my questions. The doctor was very kind and took time to listen, address my concerns, and make sure I h DeSerio’s the treatment plan. They scheduled me a follow up super easily. Great experience and SO grateful for the care.

Questions & Answers

Is this really a free service clinic or is just the name?

Yes, but they screen who they are willing to see and not see. It is not a walk-in clinic and the receptionist on the phone will ask you what your issues are. She's the gatekeeper and quite strict about it. Many people are turned away, and asked to go to SF General. You just have to call and see.
