Casino Del Sol's older and smaller sibling, Casino of the Sun is where many older slots go to live out their days. That's not to say that they don't have some newer slot machines, but with no table games, one restaurant and what I would call a rudimentary bar, this is kind of the "locals casino" whereas Del Sol is more equivalent to what you might find on the Strip. I kind of wish that they would have more three reel quarter slots at this location for those of us that enjoy such machines (since Del Sol has maybe less than five). Nevertheless, when I don't want the sensory overload of Del Sol, I will come to Casino of the Sun and still enjoy myself very much.

It is a run down casino that needs a lot of up grades. They are under staffed. We had to wait over 30min for the cashier to return from lunch replace a mangled ticket. They only hasd one cashier on duty. Never go. The place is dirty as well.

The only place you need to make dinner reservations is at the PY Steakhouse... also depending on the your party size it would be a good idea to call ahead to UME restaurant to let them know of a big party will be going to eat so that way they are prepared to accommodate to your dinner party...
Yes Casino of the Sun and Casino de Sol are both open, also CDC guidelines are strictly followed. Enjoy your visit.
