I took my car in to get a quote on my ac compressor. I knew it was the issue. These guys quoted me over $2000 to repair and replace. I called a different location and was given a much more sensible quote of $1237. Same work. When I asked for a written quote these guys did not provide one and had a different issue that had nothing to do with my ac quoted instead. But still had the ac recommendations listed. I feel like they tried to price gouge me and I’m am not ok with this. He was about to go into their credit card service info and I let him know immediately that it was not an option. They were polite but the reality is even the guy on the phone knew it was over priced. *Update. I did receive a call back from a higher up. They heard what I had to say and I appreciate the effort on their part. But even this guy knew that my quote was high. I still stand by my original rating of one star based on my experience.

I have always been satisfied with work done at Break Max on Valencia Rd. They stand by their work and they don't hard pressure you. I as a woman appreciated how Frank, the manager was very patient with me and all my questions. I can say that Break Max is female friendly and a woman can feel comfortable going there.

Brave Heart RV (Its Me.)

$150 for a diagnosis and $1,400 for fuel pump replacement??? A fuel pump is $363 and it's located under the back seat. Easy fix. I don't see why it's that expensive!!! Even Google says $1000 max
