Last two deliveries have been screwed up. First one never received. Second one had product still in security package. Tried to get Walmart to exchange the product but they delivered it supposedly to the wrong address. People on the phone rude and made it sound like I was the problem!!! Bad customer service!!!!

I had to readjust my rating. Walmart has products stepup by the entrance and have the wrong price on the displays. Brought the issue up to Customers Service, and they couldn't help. The associates already knew the issues, and they mentioned that "higher ups" knew about the price issues. Tried find a CSM or higher to address the price difference. End up just getting a refund due to waiting so long for any kind of support. The support used to be great. Not sure what is happening.

Google this store's recent news stories and you'll understand why you should go through the regular checkout with an employee who is responsible for scanning items. If you are going through self checkout you are responsible for your cart, if you go through an employee they are, and you can't be charged with a crime if they don't ring you up right.

Store well stocked but when you goto check out there is one line? I have ebt so I am not using self checkout and I do not get a discount to work for myself. The line literally was 24 people long, counted. But there are 4 people checking receipts at the door? No wonder people are rude at Walmart quite frustrating as a customer. It's going to be worth the drive anywhere else if you don't have all day to try to spend your money.
