There needs to be a level of listening to the customer callingin. Barb did nothing of the sort and gave a 10 minute lecture on how I should teach my children to leave quail nests alone hahaha! when I specifically had said more than once it was the CAT!THE CAT! Children weren't even mentioned. 😕 poor customer skills and are not going to approve if you don't know how to listen. So no help there . Thank you for wasting my time and horrid customer sevice
