I went to do an Amazon return, first time I've ever had to. The counter girl ( Corrina) offered no help at all. Infact she was very rude, and basically told me to figure it out. Then Dianna stepped in she took the time and we got it done. I would never work with someone who had the rudeness that Corrina has. Infant while I was there she did the same thing to another customer. Again Dianna stepped in to help.

I dropped off a couple of packages yesterday. The customer service I received was terrible….I really could not believe it. A young lady asked if she could help me and I barely could hear her. I stepped up…she said nothing else to me. She acted totally irritated that I had to ask her how much it was because I could not hear her!!! She was extremely rude…. I think I will consider driving a little further next time for better service. I paid them a lot of money for those two small packages. I deserved better service and maybe a tiny smile!

Rude customer service. Just placed an Amazon return. Customer service rep did not greet, gave me the receipt, and didn’t package my item but instead tossed it on the counter behind her, and did not say another word. Worst customer I have received in this store and I have used it many times.

These stores are extremely helpful to me as I travel the country. All but a few are really fair and good and nice. This one is just totally off the charts. Way above and beyond the Call of Duty. Bravo. Thank you thank you thank you. Marci!
