Called them when we had car issues on a Saturday night. We are from out of the area. The woman who answered their phones was rude and unhelpful. They refused to tow our vehicle for no reason other than laziness! So sorry our car didn't have issues Monday-Friday from 8-5 since apparently that is the only time they will tow!

Driver and dispatch were excellent to get me out of a jam on hwy 18 on holiday Friday. Communication was all by phone and he delivered my Honda CRV to my requested mechanic without problems. Payment for tow was very reasonable and over the phone.

I have a '98 Ford E150 that is no longer drivable. Is there a salvage yard in the area that it can be towed to? The catch is that it have four 6ply tires that has about 4900 miles on them that I'd like to sell. Can the van be moved without tires?

Probably not.. possible but unlikely they would want to drag the van onto the tow truck for transport to the yard.. it wouldn't hurt to check with them!

hi this is tami i am out of town and need truck that broke down in gleneden beach towed to ryan at right repair in lincoln city ..can you guys tow without keys and i be back in town tomowow and will bring keys to ryan then?
