I had a very calm experience working with Kevin the store manager while purchasing my new laptop. He was so kind, helpful, and patient, and gave me an outstanding deal. This was way different than my experience prior at BestBuy. My experience at BestBuy was horrid. I had to go back six times to the store and went through three different laptops before just completely canceling my order and ending up here at OfficeMax. Kevin set up everything on my laptop, so it was all ready to use and I didn’t have to do a thing by the time I came in to pick up my new laptop. It was worth paying the tax by getting such a great deal and honest service versus going to Portland BestBuy six times, and having a horrible experience and the amount of gas I spent.

They do offer that service.
Call the store.. have them run the check and if they do not have it in stock ask them to source the closest location for you that does have it in stock..
