I went to have my annual Maine safety inspection. VIP took care of the inspection and recommended several items that should be taken care of before winter. They did a thorough review, which is greatly appreciated. The employees are all super friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The showroom is clean and comfortable. I recommend this branch of VIP Tire & Service and will be going again for my next oil change and get the services recommended taken care of. Thanks Guys!

What a location, located well, beautiful clean waiting area, great full displays, clean uniformed polite employees. All the aspects of a professional reputable business that makes the buying and service experience comfortable. Especially Mike, I was greeted at the door, and when I described our issue he immediately offered to inspect the car in the parking lot and assist with finding a solution. Mike described several options and price ranges, the features and benefits of each, and discounts or rebates that were available, and made the buying decision easy and made me confident of the results. People often make decisions of a business based on the impressions at one location, well this location makes such high marks then VIP has a great future ahead.

I had a great experience with one of the employees, Josh, in Windham. He was really helpful in helping me pick out a tires. They were slammed busy but he still took the time to talk me through everything. My jeep was in far better condition post appointment then it was before

As the cold snaps became more frequent, my car began to randomly take longer turning over before it would start. The second time it happened, I knew it would probably be wise to get a new battery. I didn't want to get stranded in this cold somewhere. So, I headed to the local Windham VIP to see if there was ANY chance of getting in on a busy Saturday. Mike the Assistant Manager was staffing the sales counter and was amazing. He got the details of my vehicle, promptly checked availability of a new battery and looked at me and said that even though they were really busy, that because of the cold, he was going to get my car right in. Before I knew it, the mechanic was asking me for my keys. Expecting to be turned away, they got my car right in and out. These guys are the BEST! They go above and beyond the meaning of Customer Service. I would highly recommend to anyone with emergency issues or just regular service needs for their vehicle to go to the Windham VIP! THANKS MIKE!

You can apply for a Goodyear credit card for up to 6 mos no interest financing through VIP, but as a company they don't do financing.

They normally do! But your best bet is to either call them directly and ask, go on their website www.vipauto.com and ask their live chat specialists, or request a quote from their website for the tires you're looking for!

I would call or go to the store directly and ask to speak with the supervisor, or ask for someone higher up. I would definitely bring all your paperwork too. I have had issues there as well and they will typically fix it for free but they should really give a semi-refund as well although I never asked for one.
