Ordered part for Mantis tiller two weeks ago from ASPE for $100, but discovered today order never placed. Six or seven phone options, but hard to decide which reaches human, got reprimanded by owner for calling several times today. Call to reorder dropped, never heard back from owner, so ordered from a different dealer: $63 and change. I think the new guy will actually place the order, and I get to keep about $37.

I used All Seasons to service a generator and repair a gas leaf blower. The generator work was quick and with pick-up/delivery super easy for me. I haven't used the leaf blower (for obviously reasons given it's February) but assume it's all better! Email/text communication was perfect and payment was simple. I would highly recommend this company!

Talk about customer service! What a great service. Respectful, knowledgeable and willing to educate to make sure your equipment stays in great shape. Fair round trip delivery fees and on point with other fees for their service. Finally found our small engine mechanics for life.

The work itself was probably great, still early to tell, also way ahead of schedule. Not at all happy only communication is by email/text. I don't give out my cell phone number on purpose. I want a phone call with an estimate and one when the work is done. They fixed it without providing an estimate by any method, $400, and emailed/texted when it was fixed. Will not use them again for communication preferences alone. Not everyone wants to be tied to a device. REPLY: A telephone rings throughout the house. A cell phone is not always heard. You should at least give customers an option for communication. Not everyone has a cell phone. Some of us only for emergencies. Tracfones have text limits. Yes, the machine was in rough shape. The bill isn't the problem; the lack of warning is. Might have preferred to put that money toward a new machine.
