This is the place in Bath to Eat. Homemade dessert are out of this world from Native Wild Blueberry Pie to American Indian Pudding! Wonderful seafood dishes too! I loved the seafood pie. The bread was very addictive and so fresh it was like a dessert. Can't wait for my next visit.

Awesome fast food. Delivered hot. And got a seat close to where I really like sitting which is in front of the windows. The wait staff were friendly and very helpful.

Come to Bath for the gorgeous town and stay for the amazing food! We had the best meal of our entire trip at Maxwell. I was itching for some clam chowder and this stuff did not disappoint. It's creamy and smooth with delicious chunks of yummy. I got the haddock with amaretto lobster cream sauce. You can see the large chunks of lobster meat and the sauce was fresh and amazing. Kid #1 got "the best Reuben he's ever eaten" and kid#2 devoured his entire plate of fish n chips. As I've stated before, being from Rochester NY we know good fish fry so this is really saying something. We were dying to try the Indian pudding but sadly had no room in the bellies. Service was friendly and the dining room was lovely. We'll be back for that Indian pudding as soon as we can!

This is one of the busiest restaurants in the evening in bath. (Most of the town gets sleepy very early.) There's a good reason for that as the food is very good and the service is friendly. Their self proclaimed 'famous' French onion soup was good, that is expected just too much cheese on top for me. The stuffed lobster was pricey at $59, but delicious, even though there was no crab stuffing to be found as advertised. Having said that, the scallops stuffed inside were very, very good! We also enjoyed a baked haddock dish that was delicious. Although there are many separate dining areas, there is absolutely no social distancing so if that's something you're concerned about, you may want to take a look inside before settling down here. Reservations are recommended. Street parking located right out front.

We think they are good. All front of house employees wear masks. We use disposable paper table covers, Single use condiments, all menus are laminated and disinfected after each use. Hand sanitizers are available as well as table sanitizer. We have plexiglass barriers between the bartender and bar customers. All customers are asked to remain in their seat and wear a mask into the restaurant and if they get up from their table. We ask for contact tracing information when you come in and we practice social distancing
