Always been a fan of 7 11. However lately not so much. I like the coffee machines they have, so I bought one of their refillable mugs which is a medium sized mug. I was thinking I could save a few pennies by doing so but I'm being charged $1.54 for a refill!! I just thought it was $.99. That being said, I do in fact pay $.99 at the 7 11 by Rubbermaid. So just confused, and unhappy about the fluctuations in price.

Called to ask if they stopped selling beer. I'm a chipper person and cheerfully asked. The woman answered with an attitude that they were not. I said okay thank you! Oh wait I was cut off before I could finish because she hung up on me. What is wrong with people and what happened common courtesy
