Check in was superb, the young man called the room an hour after check in to see if I needed anything. Room was exceptional, everything was clean, smelled great. Check out was quick, they recommended a few breakfast spots. Will be back for sure!!!

Rooms have been remodeled and they are very nice. Laura is AWESOME on the desk. She’s very friendly and super helpful. By the way I am Michael Previs Google will not allow me to detach myself from David Olney rich is my only complaint 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

The floors felt gritty and after cleaning up a spill…the towel came up black. The tib floor was extra slippery. Thankfully my child, who has Brittle Bone Disease did not slip, fall, and break anything. Next morning, we woke up to the lights not working. Called the front desk, but the circuit tripped twice after that when my mom tried to blow dry her hair. The roll of toilet paper was almost gone and there wasnt any extra rolls anywhere in the room. If you like minimalism…this is the place for you. 🙄

Upon arriving, staff was training a new employee. Both of them were absolutely delightful and quickly sorted out a slight issue I had with booking. She kindly gave me my keys after scanning my ID and off we were to our room. Easy, quick, accommodating. Room was immaculately clean. Bathroom sparkled, I didn’t even feel like I needed to clean the tub before soaking. Towels and wash cloths available, beds were nicely made, clean and cozy. We had a smoking room and there were very minimal signs of it being a smoking room like a typical hotel. Love that this place doesn’t have carpets in the rooms. Feels immediately cleaner. Fridge, microwave, nice little table to eat dinner with 2 extra people, large trash cans around the grounds to get rid of trash, and a soda/snack machine inside of a little building near the office. Really shockingly impressed with the cleanliness, if you’re considering staying at winchesters super 8, PLEASE spend the money and go here instead.
