For two weeks I have been trying to close a cd account. Four separate branches have told me bnkers are booked through the end of Nov. Excuse me? That is my money I am trying to withdraw. Poor managing! I will be taking that cash to another institution!!! That is, once I am "allowed" to withdraw it.
