We've all seen the movie based on McDonald's called "The Founder" With all this technology and "a better education system" you'd think they get it out ON TIME, CORRECT, and POLITE. What happened? EVERY MCDONALD'S I KNOW except the one on Val Vista and Williams filed by the 202 on ramp in Gilbert is the only place I've been who will go above and beyond. Like seriously, I've worked at this place as a kid and STILL TO THIS DAY AM TRAINING THE CASHIERS WHILE IM JUST TRYING TO ORDER. I WAS A MANAGER. what happened to you guys? All you care about is money. Because Customer Service is completely absent. This is disgraceful to your own companies name!!!! Don't even get me started on the bathrooms

My son and I pulled in after 11pm to grab a late night snack for him & friends. Brooke (manager) gave the BEST customer service that unfortunately, is so very rare these days!! Her pleasant & polite manner was a direct reflection of how serious she takes her job. We will return to this location because of her! Thank you again Brooke; you made our night😁

The human employees won't take your order -- you have to do it yourself, and 1 of their 2 touchscreens is broken, so the wait is long just to place your own order.

I watched the lady in the back preparing all the food use her phone and then touch all the food that she’s sending out…. Pretty freaking gross.
