Literally the best place ever!! The music was every kpop fan's dream. The food had very big portions and was very fresh (hot). The boba milk tea was addicting and the whole experience was great. Staff were nice and there was no issue whatsoever.

I had the tonkatsu with pork and a Kirin. My friend had the spicy Republic with pork and a Kirin. Total was just over $30 with tax and tip for both of us. Portions are large and the flavor was great. Bowls came out quickly on a Friday after 8 p.m. The tables were not sticky like some Asian restaurants can be. I didn't get an MSG headache afterwards. All around a great meal at a good price.

Good ramen where they don't skimp on the protein. I got the Chili Pepper ramen which is an amazing shoyu broth base infused with thai chili, bell pepper, and roasted garlic that gives it a robust flavor and a nice yet manageable kick. The takoyaki were hot and crispy. Great recommended ramen shop to check out in the Mesa Riverview area!

So this place had been on my places to visit for a couple of years and we finally decided to make the trip last month. Sadly it fell way below my expectations. I like the fact that there are many options as to ordering a bowl and maybe I just picked one I didn't really like. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with original toppings, which is a pork broth ramen. This is a little more on the salty side, however, I just didn't find it to be that great. Previously to visiting Republic Ramen, I read reviews about how good the iced tea was. I am confused by these reviews. The tea, was heavily watered down with no flavor and was immediately replaced with soda. I drink a lot of unsweetened tea and I could not get through this tea. On a positive note, the location of Republic Ramen and great for college students, especially struggling college students. It's a very reasonably priced meal for such a large bowl of food. So you won't be feeling buyer's remorse after.

I'm assuming not, since they have a separate ramen that is vegetarian. I have no clue if there are any vegan options.
In all honesty, last I was there no one was wearing a mask that was preparing your food. Only the front register staff wore one, kind of defeats the purpose of you ask me.
Yes
Yes, they're open with limited seating.
No, neither. There's one size, but leftovers are easy to heat up.
The shrimp tempura udon option is fabulous. I get it every time. With an extra order of fried shrimp. And a boba drink. All their fruit flavors are safe and I'm really fond of the thai tea. Love this place. Quality and price can't be beat.
the gyoza actually comes with 4 pieces. and yes you can order togo
