Worse customer service I have ever experience. They have lack of help, need more. Professionism and talented staff. That's what happens when you pay Bankers under$50K. Pathetic branch and BANK.

So. I have been using this Wells Fargo for almost 20 years. I go in today needing help with one of my accounts. And I am told "we don't have any Bankers right now we are trying to hire". How does a bank keep it's doors open and not have one single banker on staff. This is not okay. So you are telling me the 6 people I see in there are human ATM's. I am told I need to go to another Wells Fargo. Not which one not oh no. Just go find another. Well which one Wells Fargo. Which one.

I went in and was treated absolutely horribly by the teller. He must have been having a bad day but there was no need for him to take it out on me. I have banked here for over 20 years, but honestly I am so unwilling to go back into that branch after dealing with him that I decided to go ahead and open a new account at another bank (starts with Ch and ends with ase). Not sure if it will be any better there BUT they gave me several hundred dollars bonus for being a new customer. So, I guess I should give a great shout out to Daniel for being so rude to me that I actually got money out of it! To this branch manager, please train your employees to have a bare minimum amount of care for people, otherwise just put them in a non-customer facing role.
