Dead River overfilled my tank back in December of 2021 and still to this date have not reimbursed me for the clean up I had to pay for the lost of rent from the tenant I had staying there and the damage to the property. Stay far away, the customer service is dreadful, you won't hear back on anything in a timely manner, and if they make a mistake they will do anything but own it and make you whole again. I had to have a separate company come out several times to get the smell and mess fixed.

I don't know what goes on or doesn't go on at the Bristol location. Apparently no communication. A little over 2 weeks ago, I called to arrange for them to pick up their tank as we switched propane companies. I informed the woman that there is 20% propane remaining and once they pick up and confirm remaining amount, I'll pay off the remainder of the bill. She told me that wont be a problem and someone will call when you let me know when they will pick up. As of today, no call but I got a letter stating if my bill is not paid by October 6th that we will be put in collections. This is the continuous unprofessional service we have been receiving from that office which is why we switched companies. Why is the customer threatened/punished for their lack of communications or due diligence of doing their job.

I asked for delivery and Set appt for 12/26/18. They never showed, called me 2 days later and said they could not get up driveway. I was low on oil so I rescheduled for 1/2/18. I started preparing driveway night before, plowing and salting and sanding driveway right through till 2 pm in afternoon. My inexperienced 17yr old son made it up with a 2 wheel drive car. At around 4 dead river called said driver Adam walked driveway and slipped. I took pics and video of driveway sent to delivery manager and requested driver come back. The driver came back scratched his boot on the entrance to my driveway and said he would not go up. The manager said he would refund the 1400.00 They had withdrew from my acct in 24-48hrs. If your reading this, I ask you to consider how important your family is and not to rely on a company that does not honor their word or commitment or have basic communication skills with customers. You and your family deserve much better service.

We had our furnace serviced Oct 19, 2018 Keene NH. Furnace was running OK before Serviced. The day after it starts with a rumble concerned about the way it is running asked for them it come back and check their work. Was told that they could not come back till Nov 30 they are to busy with no heat calls (very hard to believe) called today very poor answer same as before. Buyer beware suggest that you go to a different Oil Company.
