I have always used enterprise previously and had a great experience. Working for unum it's always my go to for myself and other employees which is why I think I am upset and discouraged right now. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The car wasn't inspected so I called to inform them this morning and was told to bring it back when I arrived this afternoon the customer service I experienced was horrible and I left feeling like the inspection sticker was my fault and I caused them a problem. Driving home soaked in sweat from having to wait for a car to be cleaned even though other cars were available. Not a great job cleaning which means I will have to sanitize the car myself now and get all the bird poop off. I know times are tough for everyone right now but this isn't the way to treat customers and conduct customer service.

We have all heard about — and in many cases had our own — terrible experiences with rental car companies. But imagine the best possible experience you could expect. And then double that. Sarah and the people at Enterprise made our long term rental (while our own car was being repaired) absolutely effortless. The car was extremely affordable, but very comfortable and in perfect condition. The staff was unbelievably helpful, friendly and nice. And I will never rent anywhere else. Nor should you. They get six stars from me on the five star scale. Thank you for far exceeding my expectations.

Awful Costumer service, I was under the impression Enterprise goes out of there way for great costumer service. I left feeling upset and mad it was not a good experience. It was 11:58 on a Saturday which is most likely the end of the week for employees, I felt like I was keeping them from there weekend. I would recommend a different location to rent a car if you need one on a Saturday. 2 Stars for the car and easy drop off.

Everyone that I dealt with, from the young lady on phone that I spoke with to reserve the car, the gentleman (Justin) that picked me up, the manager (Chris) & the young lady that completed the check-out & dropped me back off, was extremely professional, quick & accommodating. And the car was very clean. I will use Enterprise anytime I need a rental car & I highly recommend them.
