My mother lives here for the winter and it is not the nicest place but the least expensive in town for RV spaces. It could be better if the the less desirable elements would be asked to leave, but there are also very nice people there as well

Very friendly staff. Nice neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Quiet. Reasonably priced. Well kept. Things changed over time. Manager said they had someone else for my room although the owner told me when I arrived here that I could stay as long as Iiked. Manager told me today I should be out by December 3. Out I will be. No idea where I will go but anyone says they dont want my money dont get it. It's a really nice place. But they just don't want to keep it up. Manager has missed five or six days in the two months I have been here. I really like the place. Good management will save it. Current management is killing it.
