My family and I had been coming here for years but overtime the service quality has diminished. After yesterday I won’t be returning. I waited over two hours for a simple state inspection and had to return to the line 5 times just to repeatedly be told I was up next. At one point it seemed they didn’t even know where my car or ticket/papers were. Multiple people came in after me for an inspection and other issues and still somehow left before me. Safe to say I’ll be finding another shop.

If I could rate lower I would. My family and I have come here for years and it’s gotten worse over time. We were called 4 different times to say the traction control error had been fixed on our vehicle just for us to drive it away and the error light and shaky ride to start back within 5 miles. Eventually we asked for a refund of our almost $1100. It’s been over a week and we have yet to receive this refund. During this process, customer service and any sign of care and has been awful. We simply want our refund of what we have paid….simple. Roy was allegedly supposed to give me a call before end of business yesterday to ensure everything was still on track for the refund to hit today. Nothing. Poor business. Do not recommend.

First time visiting this business after a friend's recommendation. David was very professional. In fact all of the folks at the front desk seem very customer focus - this is the Cone location so cannot speak for other locations. The lobby was filled. He made me aware that it would be a bit longer than normal which set expectations. I had an oil change and wheel alignment. The oil change was done pretty quick; the alignment was longer but again, seeing the lobby filled with customers told me they must be doing something good to have such a wide diversity of customers. The area was clean; the workers weren't just sitting around - they were moving cars in and out. I'll definitely take my car there again. One recommendation - make sue to put down paper so car carpet doesn't get smudged - looks like some do and some don't. Also, bathroom was very clean - a big plus too!

They usually check the tire for free. Not sure what it cost to plug it. Just call and see they are very friendly and always answer the phone.
