Not the cleanest, or friendliest, this is not my favorite location. Seems a lot of troubled people come to this one. Not awful, but could use friendlier employees, also my fries were kinda cold, undercooked.

I visit this location very frequently and compared to other locations near-by this is my favorite. My order is always correct, cooked well, and the staff is always very friendly. My experience with this Burger King has always been positive and I can't remember one time there being something wrong or missing from my order. Sometimes they ask me to pull around to wait, but when I do my food is always nice, hot, and fresh. I would rather wait a couple minutes, then hold up a line or get cold food. As a customer who frequently visits, I would say the staff and management do a pretty good job. Kudos.

This BK is bad. Customer service here is rough to say the least. Tell me how I can show you proof of an online order, the charge made to my account already, yet because your system isn't showing the order, you are unable to fulfill my paid order. Also, don't ask a customer to park in front to have order brought out, and then never come out there! Just a horrible overall visit!!

As we're walking up to the door a female employee walks up to the door and locks it. People still in line, only 8:12pm in the evening. No sign saying the lobby was supposed to be closed, no sorry were closed, just locked us out and walked away. Me and my family went somewhere else and won't be returning to this BurgerKing again.
