So, just want to be clear. I love this location, the people are usually very kind and friendly. It’s close to my house and I go there often. The manager has always been super kind as well. The one thing that’s been really upsetting is the customer service from corporate apparently. I reached out twice, through a survey and through the “contact us” option on the main website. We went for Father’s Day and got a lot of bagels for the family and we’re excited to have a great breakfast. Unfortunately it was all literally inedible and I couldn’t go back because it was close to closing. I requested being contacted back twice since Father’s Day. It’s been a long time now and not a single word, call or email. Just really sad, we spent a decent amount that day on bagels that we literally just had to throw out and nobody helped out. Just sucked they didn’t care to try and contact back when it was requested. It could be fixed super quick, I come there often. It was just a mistake by this location, it happens and not mad at them but it would’ve been nice to have it taken care of instead of ignored :/

Just went to get 6 bagels and 2cream cheeses. Really like the bagel variety and they sliced them for me. I can slice but not as perfectly.

The bagels are never toasted. Even when you ask for them double toasted they aren’t toasted at all. As soon as there’s another place to get breakfast from nearby, I won’t be back. How hard is it to toast a bagel?

Fresh! One thing I like about this location. The manager is way cool. He works very hard to please his customer's so you be very nice to him! Not very many left like that guy. They always pretty much have availability on hand. Clean place too.
