We bought several large pine trees, totaling over $2,000, and paid additional for delivery. It was communicated to us that the trees would be moved into location where we had dug holes. But when the movers arrived, they said that the dolly they would need was at another site, so they dumped them on our driveway on their side and took off. When I called to explain the situation, the clerk said that we already got a 50% discount on the delivery because they needed to take two trips not one. Terrible customer service, terrible business practices.

Sent my daughter to pick up a yard of gravel for me. The guy barely gave her a 1/2 yard. I had to get more and asked them about it and he was adamant and started arguing with me that he gave her a full load. Not wanting to cause trouble, I let it go...until he filled my truck with another yard. This time it was a FULL yard. I then decided to show him a picture of the yard he gave my daughter and was quite embarrassed to say the least. I told them they should be ashamed of thinking they could take advantage of a young girl

Love this place!! Lots of variety on flowers and vegetables. All the plants look very healthy and well taken care of plus the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.
