Terrible service, in the drive thru, waited 12 minutes for one car ahead. And tacos were raw, salads was good . But customer service is terrible. Was handed food after 12 minutes cold and raw the one other car that was ahead of us was getting some type of refund cause they were never handed food . Is why my food was cold . And drive thru gal, looked fed up . Thanks for the reply , I know Jack in the box is a great company, I worked for one many many years ago , and still know people that are employed with them and have been for over 20 years from shift leaders to management. Has always been a company with great fast food .

The drive thru is terrible and after a long wait they forget to tell you their card reader doesn't work. The experience with the person that was supposed to take my order was pretty rude. Like Tom Petty said, "don't come around here no more."

Never gone wrong with this place. Always got the correct order and got really good service. Curly fries are the best esp after a hard days work.

Always good but my hash brown looked as if they fried it way too much. Tried to put ketchup on it but I couldn't eat it
