Little man with the curly hair and glasses provided excellent customer service! I asked him to make me a Large Icing on the Cake shake extra thick (with extra simple syrup and marshmallow), and he did not fail to deliver! It was so beautiful, that I couldn’t help but fall to my knees and start sobbing. Best worker there!

This is probably the worst cake I’ve ever received from here. I ordered this 3 days in advance. I know I shouldn’t expect perfection and I never would but this is beyond ridiculous. I’m so disappointed. I’ll never order from here again.

Was going to buy a large cake. In order to use restroom I need it to pay first the icre cake And than use the restroom!! Plus the black male was super rude!!!!

Bad experience. Everything that we tried to order they were out of. Ordered a banana spilt, was told they didn't have bananas, but yet the person in drive thru was making one. So then tried to order Reese's sundae and again was told we could not order because they were out of Reese's. The crew were too busy with the visitors they had rather than to take care of the customers.
