Very bad service! My group of 7 arrived and ordered tonight at the window at 8.40, at 9 we had waited and watched 3 other groups (who had arrived after us!) get their ice cream. We finally went up to the counter to ask what was going on, and the girls at the counter refused to even make eye contact with us, instead opting to ignore us and continue to serve ice cream to people behind us! Finally I asked if they had our orders at all, turns out they had dropped our ticket on the ground earlier, and none of them thought to double check and ask what we were standing there waiting for (for 25 minutes at that point). One person in my group wanted a certain flavor (coffee heath) and the girl at the counter served it instead to her family who was, again, in line after us. We finally got our ice cream after 30+ minutes of waiting. Service was terrible, Ice cream was aight. 1.4/5 stars.

Amazing and delicious even in 59 degree weather. The girls working the counter were quick and the line of like, 15 people in front of us were all served really quickly! Don't let the line deter you from stopping at this gem! lots of unique flavors, great service, and super tasty! Bring cash though- you cannot tip on your card 🥺

This is what a good old-fashioned ice cream shop should be like . Dozens of flavors and a friendly staff of college girls in the summer season. Plenty of parking . Caution : Don't know if it's possible to get just one scoop . You can order one but it will likely be larger than you expected .
