Terrible! Ordered on the mobile app and some guy came out and asked if I had an order. Well yes of course I did! Why would I be sitting here? He didn't even know my order. So we waited for about a good 45 min before I went inside only to find out he forgot we were waiting. So once again terrible!

This one is difficult to rate as I go there everyday. Most of the time it is good service however sometimes orders are wrong things get messed up but they usually try to make it right overall I know what to expect which is why I keep returning

It’s one of the cheapest fast food places in los lunas and the staff is friendlier than any other McDonalds I’ve been to. The lobby is always clean, its always open to the public even with covid restrictions, and they work at a faster pace than the other McDonald’s across town. ✅✅✅

When we're in a hurry, we like to go to McDonald's. Each one is so different. It depends on your team. This team was not coordinated. The wait was about 20 minutes in the driveup line to get to the order window. I am getting more selective as to which McDonald's I actually go to.
