Great location and the setup is unique an old railway caboose. The food was good but very very pricey. They were so busy and no seating so we decided to take advantage of the little court they had next to them with seating and trees. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and the table and chairs were dirty. In their defense I’m not sure that they are in charge of this seating area or if it’s the city of Biddeford. They are across the street from the vintage store so we were able to go to another business we wanted to check out. Employees were very nice and attentive helping us with the app you need to use if your getting take out. The were busy so there was a wait on our order. Definitely worth checking out and experiencing.

We arrived on a Thur. morning finding a 1 hour 45 min. wait. It was super hot and we were hungry so we passed. On the return, we called ahead and ordered to go. We dined outside in the patio. It was a wonderful breakfast. To the food, we ordered the flapjacks. They were fluffy and light. The real maple syrup and whipped butter complimented the flavors. The tuna melt was absent of cheese and had way too much mayo in the tuna salad and on the bread. The bread was tasty good. We devoured our sandwich. A great experience all around.

If you like classic diner food you must come here! I am obsessed with their French toast and pancakes. They are some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s cash only and the diner is tiny with 15 seats, so be sure to get there early if you have a party of 2 or more. It’s crazy busy here on the weekends so expect a very long wait. And even more people will be coming now that it’s been on Netflix… Either way I’m lucky to have Palace so close by.

Hadn’t been here in years. Moved back to Maine last year after decades of deployments. Maine Maritime and govt. Nice quiet time off, a random chill Tuesday, got to sit, read a paper, do a puzzle, have a phenomenal (sincere) chat with a great server. Food is can’t miss, kitchen and server (M no h) care, I might’ve stayed all day except the seat was needed. Thank you. Polar Ops.
