This Jiffy Lube was conveniently located near Three Crosses Hospital, so we stopped after an appointment. The employee who helped us was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We had to wait a while because they had several customers ahead of us, but the waiting area was comfortable with good air conditioning, TV, free soda machine and popcorn available. The restroom was large and clean. The service technician told us what other services were available that our vehicle might need soon - but wasn't pushy. We appreciated getting those notes on our receipt.

All of the staff were very friendly, professional and speedy. They pointed out a bad tire that I need to replace as soon as possible. I was disappointed one of the coupons for an oil change that I'd found online didn't apply because I didn't get that type of oil -- I got the mid-grade instead. However, a different coupon did apply to some other services. Overall, the service was very convenient.

I’ve been twice to this location and used Jiffy Lube over the years for routine maintenance. They always do a good job. At this location I had a “new to me” car that needed the A/C looked at. They found the issue and checked out the brakes as well as the usual oil change items. Going back again to finish up some work because a couple parts were not in stock. I know they’ll take good care of me at a price that’s right.

Good place seemed to do good job. I don't like the I can discount BS. Just do it for fare price. They did more and better job than the local shops I used to use in ruidoso. I patronage a tire shop in ruidoso for years while they broke more than they fixed and lied at every chance they got. I was shocked how professional jiffy lube was and they just got it done. Will be back for sure.
