It's clean, quiet and comfortable with very reasonable rates. It's not a resort, it's a well functioning, all ages RV park. We've been here over the winter, will definitely stay here again.

We signed up here for a month and it's been quiet since we've been here nice lot size and there's a lot you can walk to. We're camp workers and host's so we've seen a lot! The bathrooms seem clean but I have never heard of having to pay an extra$25 each a month if you want to use them. Guess it's all in where your at. All in all it seems like a nice place to sit for a month. I understand what goes behind the scenes in a bathroom problem was it never got "cleaned" until I brought my cleaning supplies in and cleaned the shower walls and floors then they decided to lock up the bathroom due to people sneaking in after hours, I was told, then it was covid again then I was told the old lady who Owens it didn't want bothered with it due to her being sick. Sorry but that's why you hire people to do what you can't, the place really wasn't worth it and would have left sooner if my husband hadn't ended up in the hospital. Just wouldn't tell people to stay there.
