Fantastic views. Very remote. Excellent camp hosts. Water and electric worked well. Dump station easy in and out. Did not use showers.

By far the largest sites of any NM State Park. 50 amp service. The camp host runs a tight ship. Sites are immaculate. Really enjoy coming to this state park. Great cell service on both Verizon and AT&T

Loved this campground. Sites are spacious and have plenty of room in between. Our rig is 35 ft and we had no issues. The loop is great for walking and there’s a nice trail out of the campground. It’s insanely quiet and the views are gorgeous!

It's actually much better for RVs and yea, you need to drive 15 mins to one of the access points because the north of the lake is empty. But very very clean campsites.
Yes there are 30 amp electric and water but the first come first served sites go fast! We always call ahead!
Not at South Monticello. You are on top of a bluff. There are a few sites where you can see the water below but the water is not within walking distance.
Here now (7/3) quite a number of first come sites still available.
