I wouldn't even give them a star but had to in order to leave my past weekend experience & help others make a proper decision before investing into aaa memberships. Worst experience ever, lied to repeatedly. Only been a 8 year customer but they left my wife stranded for hours. Days & vehicle still not towed. Save yourself from their worthless service that they don't provide. AAA reps don't care. Asked for a call from corporate days ago & worthless as never even attempted to call. My wife was told false information & lied to more than once on the several phone calls we had. YOU HAVE BEEN FAIRLY WARNED TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS COSTLY MISTAKE. I think AAA CEO is BRANDON🧐

Called AAA said they would dispatch someone, had to call them back twice. My first call was at 6:15 am. At 8:20 I received a text saying someone would be there at 9:00 am. This is not acceptable. I called a local towing company and they were at my house in 10 minutes. I'll give them the money in the future. Can't rely on AAA anymore.

After being a member for decades. Without telling paying customers. They will no longer tow if you aren’t with vehicles. Soo now after walking to work, to pay for the imminent repairs. Now I’ll lose a day s pay because I must be with car. If you thinking of getting aaa DONT! Save your money and just pay for it when/if it happens. No wonder every review is bad!
