Lots of space to sit, eat and relax. There are plenty of trees to provide shade and the grass allows for a comfortable place to sit. Watch out though, there are people playing Disc Golf so you got to watch where you sit. No public bathrooms as well.

Grass hasn't greened up yet. All tables taken so we had our Easter picnic on the ground anyway. Oldest and probably the most Anglo in the park. Heard more Spanish than English. Most everyone younger than us. Big families, beautiful little kids having a wonderful time. Loved it! Memorial Day 2022 update. Comparatively uncrowded today. Perfect temperature with light breezes. Found a table in the shade and, after picking up 67 pieces of trash, had a pleasant picnic with the kids.

Beautiful clean park with tables, large trees, and a playground. Also, there is a little disc golf course here as well if that's your thing. Definitely a good place to come with your friends, kids, or even by yourself. There is also a nice paved sidewalk for doing some jogging or if the kids want to ride scooters and bikes. The playground is for older kids (4+ yo), but with some help the younger ones should do fine as well.

Absolutely the most beautifulest park in all of Albuquerque.... It seems to go on and on, never ending of Beautiful Mother Nature, Big Trees, Luscious grass, and rolls and rolls of hills.. Even play some Disc Golf!!!So pack up a picnic basket, roll out the blanket and relax for the day in peaceful nature..You will not be disappointed...

There is. I believe that it's in the North side of the park
I've seen folks playing with them. I believe they brought them with them.
I am not sure if it depends on the event you're going to arrange. When we go out for a picnic or game for about 15-20 people we just go there and have fun. We don't need to schedule ahead of time. However, sometimes it's hard to find a good spot for many people though. So, I think to answer to your question, no you don't have to.
The entire park is combined, no fence. Its a REALLY BIG park though so there is PLENTY of space for everybody and thier pets. Very friendly atmosphere, at least in the daytime hours!
Yes, kids and families are appreciated. There is enough room at the park to play freely.
No, i didn't see any. There are a lot of hills and homeless people there. I wouldn't choose it for a birthday party m
