Jess, the general manager was a great help as well as his staff! We moved to Albuquerque from Arizona and he made the move extremely easy and without stress. The facility was also secured and well monitored. I would highly recommend them. Well done CubeSmart!

I stored with this CubeSmart for years. My experience with them was very good. The common areas are kept clean and clutter free. The items in my storage unit were never disturbed. The billing process was seamless. Entry/Exit gate was always secure. If I needed to store items, I would return to Store 0236, and I suggest you do too. Jess Parker will take care of you and like me, you will have a great experience.

The guy running the place is friendly enough but I was disturbed to see that no one is on site on Sundays and the security gate is completely broken. I emptied my storage unit on a Sunday and there were homeless people walking around the units. Then the guy wondered why I locked it and came back on Monday to release the unit... Ridiculous. If we are paying for gated, safe storage, that's what we should get. There was a long gate access code, but that means nothing when it's busted open......
