The price is fair to the portion of the food. The curry is very subtle in flavor but not bland. The potato croquettes were crunchy but also so soft like potato pillows. Everyone in our group love their dish. You can also order on the QR code so it’s very convenient. It’s a pretty small place and there was a line at 1pm. The menu for lunch and dinner is different so if you want ramen you want the dinner menu

Magokoro is a gem! All of the food at Magokoro is exceptionally delicious. Although they don't have carry out options for dinner, I have always felt comfortable eating there by myself. They have nice seating available for 1 diner. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I wish I lived in Albuquerque so I could eat here more often.

We were greeted and seated accordingly, a little hiccup happened with their payment system but the waiter generously assured our order with the kitchen. The space is small, so be prepared for the staff to pass by with little room to spare. The food came within 20 minutes. The plating was excellent and pleasing to the eye. My partner and I got the Tonkatsu pork and karaage chicken curry with a small side salad. The main entree was crunchy and full of classic panko flavor. The curry and rice were a little too small for the amount of meat, but still delicious. The side salad was wonderful to look at and okay to eat, it was a little light on dressing. Overall, a great meal. Portions are decent but not outrageous. On the yum scale, this meal rates a 87/100, but for the sake of the google review, I will be giving this meal 4 stars.

I tried the tencha donbori for my first experience here. Wow is all I could say for the first few tastes. The chicken melts in your mouth broth is full of flavor and the toppings are wow. There was just so much depth and flavor here. I couldn't finish the rice but I drank all the broth. I can not wait to try more of their dishes. Thank you for an incredible food experience.

Questions & Answers

I love love love this restaurant but I really hate that you can’t order ramen takeout. I have been forced to go to other ramen restaurants even though I’d prefer this one. Any chance of takeout being offered?

Hello, thank you very much for your message. The only reason we do not offer ramen for take-out is because the noodles we use are very delicate after cooking. Ramen is best enjoyed fresh, and the noodles are prone to becoming soggy very quickly. We want our customers to enjoy the dish at its best, and take-out is just not a good option for ramen. Sorry!

Great! Pickup only, one customer inside at a time for pickup (tables moved to make a spot for just one person near door), everyone in masks. When I went in, the employees were behind the counter that normally separates the dining room from the back area, I gave my name for my online order and they brought it up to where I was and then stepped back.

Does this place contain peanuts in its food?

Most of our dishes do not contain peanuts; rarely do we use any peanuts at all. Please check with our waitstaff pertaining to ingredients in particular dishes before ordering.
