Mom and pop kinda shop with the years of experience that comes with. I’ve been searching for an old Delta discontinued H/c cartridge for a couple weeks at some of the big name hardware stores to no avail. Came here and one of the ladies working there new the appropriate replacement part dead on sight. Get home, perfect fit and no more faucet leak. Very kind and knowledgeable people! I’ll be back for my plumbing hardware needs. Find this store especially great if you have an older home with some older parts in it that you might not be able to completely upgrade the whole unit on just yet. These guys are gem in this town!

This the friendliest most knowledgeable hardware I have ever been to. I have done tons home remodeling for 30+ years mostly in the Chicago area and dealt with major plumbing suppliers almost weekly. I have since had plenty of projects in the Largo/St Pete area. The 2 women who operate this business are amazing. They know what part you need, how to install it, and alternative options. The customers you see here are older and obviously very experienced. It is obvious why they come here. We all wait in line respectfully as whoever is ahead of us gets detailed attention to their needs. The store has probably 5 times the inventory per square foot of any other hardware - and they know where everything is! My plumber, who has been too busy to do most of my work referred me to Palmer as THE place to go for parts. I don't like plumbing as much as carpentry and electrical,, but because of their help I have gone ahead to do much of my own work. Recently I needed a shower/tub valve insert and trim to fit my Delta rough in. They ordered the parts and had them ready in 2 days. (Big box stores all estimated at least a week) Then upon picking the parts up, they reviewed each piece with me to be sure it was exactly right. Truly a pleasure to go here! I admire the energy, attitude and expertise of these true professionals. I cannot recommended anyone better. Thanks ladies for the awesome service.
