The clerk working the customer desk here is always is in a bad mood. Every time I've been there to drop off a properly pre-paid and pre-labeled package I get confronted by a 'what is in this package?' in a really bad tone like the default assumption is all customers are criminals. I've pretty much stopped going here unless I need to and instead drop off packages at one of the Nashua area UPS stores where they are friendly to their customers by default.

I just left the UPS customer center in Nashua. I had received a bill a few weeks back for something I never ordered. I was greeted by Karen, who couldn't have been more kind and helpful. She made a call for me and was on hold for over 10 minutes. A recording periodically came on thanking her for holding... Finally, the recording said to leave a call back number and apologized that they couldn't get to her today. Karen took my cell phone number and said she would try again tomorrow to reach them earlier in the day. During this time, Karen took care of other customers as well, waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I had no idea what to expect when I arrived at UPS but could not have been happier with the service I received. This was a reminder of days gone by, when customer service was taken very seriously and offered with much pride. UPS, you're lucky to have Karen. Thank you!

Unbelievable rude and unhelpful!!! Driver was too lazy to open a screen door and knock on the wooden door inside where I might have heard and left a note within a minute of arriving. I saw the driver on my security camera and ran outside as they pulled away. This was a package I needed and knew I had to sign for so had changed my plans to be home for it. I called customer service within 10 minutes of the driver leaving and explained what had just happened and how close the driver was and was promised a call back from dispatch. An hour later an extremely rude and condescending person called me from dispatch and started the conversation with "So it looks like you missed us today. Your options are we can attempt a delivery tomorrow or you can come pick up the package in Nashua." I tried to explain that I hadn't missed anything and if the driver had actually bothered to knock I was home. She started yelling at me that stating she "gave me the options" and cut me off mid-sentence and yelled "we'll reattempt delivery tomorrow!" and hung up the phone! I immediately called customer service back and explained how rude and unhelpful the person was that just called me and I was promised a call back from a supervisor ASAP. That was 6 hours ago and I'm still waiting... *UPDATE* I contacted customer service after posting this and was promised a phone call from the dispatch center by 10am to assist with my delivery and still no calls. Someone from corporate reached out after I emailed the CEO's office but there has still been no contact from Nashua despite repeated promises.

No but i would probably look online. Good luck.😀
Only a day if shipped Ground, 2 at most if they are backed up. On the ups website they have a map that shows how many days it takes to send something ground. FedEx has one as well and they are essentially based on region. The longest it takes for something to ship cross country is 7 days not counting delays due to weather. For example UPS ground from NH to Florida is still only 1-2 days so always check the map before you pay extra for shipping because as long as its within roughly a 24 hour drive they will deliver it within 36 hours which is just as fast as if you paid a lot extra for overnight. The ONLY difference is something like 2 day or overnight is promised to get there or your money back. With ground you cant complain until its been 7 days (not counting Sunday) but chances are it will get there much quicker.
