Used to depise this place. From idiotic service writers "going for the kill" or shoddy work in the bays...don't even get me started on the sales department. From a more recent encounter, seems the ship may be righted? Or not...we shall see. Service writer was great...friendly people up front without the unnecessary upselling. Techs did what they were supposed to do and not sure they have much new inventory if I was even looking to deal with sales people.

The salesperson was as friendly as she was knowledgeable about the product I am in search of buying. Ii look forward to losing the deal with Aliyada Yoshhida as soon as possible.

Weird experience with this dealer first time ever service customer went in for a simple oil change and wiper blades which they only had one of which I understand these are trying times. Parts guy was awesome and valet seems pressured by service managers to perform which I also understand this is a business. My only issue is a few days later after the fact I completely lost brake pedal pressure in two of my lower ABS brake lines and in a very odd place in the engine bay high up where it shouldn’t have happened. We are talking not even at the fittings. Brake lines still have corrosion coating on them. My brake lines weren’t corroded and vehicle isn’t severely aged. I took it to an independent shop and now I’m looking at a very labor extensive job about 8 hours for 30 dollar brake lines that are high up above the firewall in an odd place away from salt corrosion held by a plastic retainer. If there was malicious intention it would be hard to prove. The timing seems bad and I’d hope a technician or service manager wasn’t looking for me to come back to make a lot money with the high risk of potentially killing me or someone else since I literally lost my brakes while driving.

Took the pathfinder in for service to figure out 4 wheel drive error along with abs and traction control lights. They did an exceptional job figuring the problem and fixing it. Great job guys! It's been a few weeks and everything is going good with the pathfinder. Great prices here on oil changes and a comfortable waiting area. Professional and courteous staff.

They removed chairs from the Service Advisor area, added plexiglass between all employees and customers, and require masks.
