Beware of any prepayment. If you have a job change they will not refund on prepayments even if the unit will lay empty for months. Very unprofessional policy. They are happy to let you move out and will rerent your unit so they can double dip though.

The access to global storage is easy except the hours I must say are not very accommodating. Closing at 8:00 p.m. is just too early for some people that work all day.There is little time to go get items and go to the storage unit.

Alina has been good to me for 4 years of experience she's went above an beyond for the unit I had inside , out an to a larger unit even when I had lost my keys it was getting late an she went out her way an helped me she's always so nice to me to me she's family , I recommend this place to anyone wanting to rent with global storage it's an easy process an communication is the key here I appreciate this place so much

no the there were no plugs in the 5 by 10 unit that I rented for 4 months, and thereis no place to throw small trash and there is open Gap on the top of the units and when I cleaned up my unit for the last day I found, what I suspected to be cat hair on top of my tubs I let the manager Aileen, all she said was that's gross. If you get a chance I read their contract before cuz even though I didn't have that issue seems to me if you come into a hard time coming up with the rent you might have some issues due to their fees. Another thing there are no refunds should the unit not work for you. With that stated if I do need another storage I might still consider them because they're inexpensive and conveniently located to where I live, but I'll check around other places first.
