I love this Sally's. I'm not sure about the other reviewer but I always have nice helpful employees that always ask if I need help finding anything once I come in and answer all my questions when I have any. Great little sale discount sections too

Everyone that works there is very disrespectful and does not do their job. I went in to get extensions and the lady that worked there was no help at all. She didn't offer to order the kind that I wanted, she didn't give her input when I asked for it, and when I actually purchased them they were broken. I went it the next day as soon as I could and they told me they wouldn't exchange them. So I had to go in the next day when the manager was there and she started to say the same thing until I asked for the district manager's number, and then she said she'd do it. They didn't have the same pair in stock so she said she'd have to order them but that they should be there the same week and that she'd call me on Thursday. She never called me, so I called her and she said they wouldn't be here until next week. The same thing happened and I called again the next week. They still haven't arrived and it's been 3 weeks since I returned them. I needed these for prom which was now 2 weeks ago. Not to mention I am 16 and spent more than half of my paycheck to buy something that STILL hasn't arrived. Never purchasing things from here again.
