Dave was really helpful and kind. It was nice to feel positive energy around an employee for once. Most of the employees there kinda act like they know better than the customer and Dave seemed humble & helpful.

I need to shout out a big 'thank you' to the staff at Apple, the Rockingham Apple Store and especially to their gifted veteran technician, Paul. Let me explain why. On Saturday, I brought my MacBook Pro to the Geek Squad for repair or for a replacement. Last Wednesday, after long hours providing telehealth to my patients, my MacBook shut down and turned black. I could not get it to reopen, turn on, nor was I successful resetting it. I was frantic. After hearing the disappointing news from the Geek squad, who I have a business service plan, I felt hopeless. They did recommend I go directly to the Apple Store in Manchester. On my way down, I called Apple's customer support. They put me in touch with the Manchester store and it was the customer support who then helped me make an appointment with the Rockingham Store; Manchester's store was booked. Upon arriving at the Salem store, I was immediately met with a greeter who helped me confirm my appointment with the technician. While I was waiting, I spoke to a salesman regarding the replacement of my 'broken' MacBook Pro. He went online and secured a new MacBook Pro for me and gave me some needed encouragement. Then I met with Paul. I explained to him that my MacBook is a vital tool I use to provide telehealth to my patients. He told me not to worry after seeing the plug signal come on after pressing numerous combinations of keys to reset it. He then told me, "this is a good sign...don't worry. We will get you back up and running in no time." After a brief 35 minutes, Paul did just that. This week I am back to work with my reset MacBook. Paul, in fact kept working beyond his shift to help me. For all this, I am thankful to Apple's customer support, the Rockingham Apple team, and mostly, I am very grateful for Paul's support and kindness. Apple gets a 5-star review from me today!!!

They sent our order back without notifying us. The store was literally helpless and Apple Phone was able to resolve the situation but I have to wonder why good customer service is such hard work to get. The store needs to rethink its organizational communication between itself and arms of the company. Requiring me to call Apple about that makes me the solution for their miscommunication not them. Just order online from their web store. They at least seem to know what they are doing with customer service.

Exclusive stores for Apple products including mobile phones and other apple products. Products can be booked on line and picked up at the designated time and date. Taxes are less in New Hampshire and hence many come here to shop. Big shop with plenty of counters and staff to assist and serve. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks are compulsory. Hand sanitizer kept on hand. Social distancing maintained.

You won't need appointment. When I went there last week, they have line with early reservations which was only for iphone11 pro max. I would recommend to call before you go, because when I went there they didn't have all the phone in stock, so if you all ready know which color and model you want give them a call to make sure they have that in stock to save you a trip.

You can call the store, but Apple makes it as difficult as possible in order to free up their store staff to prioritize in store customers. Normally when you call if you dont' choose the right options you get connected to a call center. Kinda sucks.
