Went here to get a few things and the white lady with the spiked blonde hair and glasses was so rude and condescending. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. I will say the hispanic woman was nice and courteous and gave great customer service. I usually like this place, but that blonde lady needs to get checked if she keeps with that attitude... horrible service.

Today I came in to buy some hair dye. I noticed the staff was incredibly rude, specifically the girl with the blue hair, to a customer who had trouble asking for help to find a product because the customer only spoke Spanish. The customer came up to me to ask me for help. My Spanish isn’t great but I still went out of my way to help her by calling a friend who is fluent in Spanish, and she was able to find what she was looking for. This location is known to give the cold shoulder to people who aren’t white or who can’t speak proper English. Please do better. I would suggest everyone to go to the Lowell location they are much more helpful and welcoming.

I came to the store to return an item i bought and my sister bought as well so i have my reciept and they "Say" they returned it on my card. However 24 hours later no money was returned and my bank had no pending transactions. So i call the 866 number and waited 45 minutes for an agent to help me. Well when they picked up the phone they hung it right up. So needless to say its been over a week and no refund of 76 dollars. I went back to the store and they told me i had to call the number. I will never shop here again. Horrible service

Manager seemed kind of put off by answering questions after she asked me if I had any. The associate she asked to take over was beyond helpful, polite, and caring! She even gave me her hours for the next day in case I had any further questions. Just a note: if you don't want to help customers then don't ask if they have any questions.
